Crumbfort In Crumbs: Minteorites

Last time I wrote about here about my minty biscuit creation it was just a fledgling snack - too crunchy, not green enough, it didn’t even have the name Minteorite.  Now it does and I am very proud of the finished product.  Minteorites are now greener, mintier and a lot softier than before after a number of batches of steady improvement.  See the pictures below for evidence:
